1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website www.lamastacktechnology.com and engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

Lamastack Technology ("we," "us," or "our") provides the following digital services:

• Website Development (Custom websites, WordPress, E-commerce)
• Software Development (Web applications, CRM, ERP solutions)
• SEO Services (On-page, technical, and local SEO)
• Digital Marketing (Social media, Google Ads, content marketing)
• Content Writing (Website copy, blogs, product descriptions)
• Graphic Design & Branding

3. Project Engagement

All projects begin only after:

• Receipt of a signed project proposal/quotation
• Payment of the agreed-upon advance deposit (typically 50% of total cost)
• Written confirmation via email or our official communication channels

4. Payment Terms

Standard Payment Schedule:

• Advance: 50% of the total project cost before work begins
• Milestone Payments: As agreed per project scope
• Balance: 50% before final delivery/deployment

For ongoing services (SEO, maintenance, marketing), payment is due monthly by the 10th of each month. Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

• Timely feedback and approvals from the client
• Scope changes or additions
• Availability of required assets (content, images, access credentials)

We are not liable for delays caused by the client's failure to provide timely feedback or materials.

6. Revisions & Changes

Each project scope includes a defined number of revisions:

• Website Projects: Up to 3 rounds of design revisions
• Content Writing: Up to 2 rounds of revisions
• Additional Revisions: Charged at ₹500/hour

Minor content edits (typos, small text changes) are included free of charge within 7 days of delivery.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

• Clear project requirements and timely feedback
• Content, images, logos, and branding materials
• Access credentials for hosting, domains, and third-party services
• Proof of ownership/rights to any third-party assets provided

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom-developed work transfer to the client, including:

• Custom code and programming (excluding third-party libraries)
• Custom designs and graphics
• Original content created specifically for the client

We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may include integration with third-party services (payment gateways, hosting, APIs). These services are governed by their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or policies of third-party providers.

10. Hosting & Domain

Hosting and domain services provided by us are subject to:

• Annual renewal fees as per current pricing
• Fair usage policies (no illegal, malicious, or resource-heavy content)
• We reserve the right to suspend services violating these terms

11. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, no refunds are provided for:

• Completed and delivered work
• Time and resources already invested
• Third-party costs (domains, hosting, licenses) already incurred

In case of dissatisfaction, we will work with you to resolve issues through revisions or adjustments.

12. Limitation of Liability

Lamastack Technology's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of business, revenue, or data
• Errors caused by third-party services or client's negligence
• Downtime beyond our direct control

13. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and do not share it with third parties, except as required for project delivery. Clients are responsible for protecting their own login credentials and sensitive data.

14. SEO & Digital Marketing

SEO and digital marketing results are not guaranteed. Rankings depend on competition, search engine algorithms, and market conditions. We follow ethical, white-hat SEO practices and do not guarantee specific rankings or results.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 15 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All work completed will be invoiced at the agreed rate
• Advance payments for undelivered work will be refunded (minus work completed)
• Client must pay for all completed work before receiving deliverables

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
